In-person running program:
This is for runners who want structure, accountability, and the chance to train with a coach in person. You’ll receive a fully personalized training plan based on your goals, current ability, and available time. It includes heart rate-based training guidance, nutritional advice, and a tailored race plan if you’re working toward a specific event — or just want to build your running up gradually. The bonus with this option is you’ll get to run with a coach once a month, in person, where you’ll go over form, pacing, and any tweaks you need.

This package is $149.99 p/ month and gives you hands-on coaching alongside a structured program.
Virtual running program:

Perfect for runners who prefer to train remotely but still want expert guidance. You’ll receive the same level of structured programming as the in-person option, including heart rate-based zones, progressive weekly running plans, optional race prep, and practical advice on fuelling and recovery. Everything is adapted to your feedback and progress, with regular check-ins available. While you won’t meet your coach in person, you’ll still have full coaching support throughout.
